If you encounter offensive, negative, or disruptive experiences within the games, you can report the player via the ticket system with detailed information. Once a report is made, our team will review it and decide whether a punishment will be placed. Sometimes you may be notified when a player you reported is punished, but that does not mean there was no penalty.

Examples of unacceptable behavior:

-Sharing an account

-Abusing or harassing others

-Cheating

-Taking advantages of bugs

Tips:

-Stay calm and try to avoid any auguring with the player

-Provide the screenshots or videos of the behavior and make sure the necessary info like character name and server time are all clear

-Leave a clear and concise comment about the behavior

-Please do not submit duplicate reports for the same player as it will not help at all
